I need some assistance on a bulking diet. Im in the process of trying to bulk but Im not following any set plan. Im just eating what I can get (its mostly good food though, I never have been really big on fast food.) I eat several small meals throughout the day and I suplement when I cant eat with GNC 2200 weight gainer (613 calories/135g carbs/16g protine per serving). Thats usualy about 2-3 shakes per day. I would like some help on getting amounts of protine/calories/carbs per day necessary to bulk and build muscle.
What would be the best things to eat?

Im 138lbs, 5'9", 13% bf

Yeah, there is lots of good information here on the site, search around.
I only made real progress when I tracked my calories every single day. If I wasnt gaining weight I simply increased cals (cleanly).

[B][I]Im in a similar position my friend. Iv been training for about a year and i was 10 stone at first, now im 12.4 ish lol.. i find that my weight jumps around and never stays the same for very long. lol each week its different,.. my only advise is dont focus all your energy on your weight cus it will come in time :)
