Sleep 8 hours

Worked out my upper body...

very soar


bench 250x6
150x15
150x10
140x10
200x12
230x10

then my arms dumbells 40 pounds


did it many times as i could didn't stop 6 sets


I don't usually like to count how much i do....

been drinking protein everyday before i go to sleep and after the work out

been trying to get a good diet


morning yogart, eggs, fruit, green tea, black bread and the fish oil capsuls.
