Looking big mate, what are your goals? if you went on a cut you could have something very impressive on your hands (although i suppose it depends on your goals) :)

Reiner whats up with his posing, his back pose is about as good as it gets, chest pose aint perfect but its alright.

Leg pics would be good too!

Don't plan on competing this year. Trying to define my muscle for next year. I will probably cut back down to 240 for the summer. That pic is not a very good one showing my posing. I do know how to pose just was a small room I took the pic for better lighting. Here is another pic.

You look thick. As for losing the fat, that is your choice, you look fine to me as you are.

Thanks for all the comments. This is the first year I've gotten this big. Usually around 235-240lbs so it is paying off. I lift pretty heavy. Squatted 585 for 6 reps, 450 bench for 2 reps, 225 on the ez curl bar for 10 reps and 650lb deadlift. I will just tighten up for the summer and bring the ab's back in. I am not natural. I wish!

Are you saying you curl 225 x 10?

Actully I meant 225 on the ez bar tricep extensions(skull crushers) for 10 reps. I can do 45lb and 15 lb plate per side for 10 reps on the bicep curl ez bar.

really HUGE ! :burger:

And super strong :strong: I had the same reaction than Chris when I read 225 for 10 reps on Barbell Curl ! I think nobody (drugfree maybe even juicers) can do that (in good form) even Park and Marvin Eder couldn't.
