Anyone who took NO2 please give your take on NO2? Also, can anyone offer any other nitric oxide products?

L-Arginine works well; however, to be of any use in bodybuilding you need to take around 10g a day. The only cost effective way of this is using a free-form powder, which tastes like absolute ****.

You can get a 1lb jug (454g, so a little over a month's worth) for around $30.

Where would you purchase this powder form at? I always see nitric oxide in pill form. I've taken it once, and I liked it, but I was missing out on my creatine and protein. I think I should take them two over NO. What do you think?

NOW makes a powder form of it. Various online stores carry it. I'd give you a link to where I buy it from but I'm not sure if thats allowed on the forums?

There's no problem with taking Creatine and L-Arginine. However, you dont' want to take L-Arginine at the same time you take your protein shake; they compete for absorption.

Take L-Arginine on an empty stomach, I usually do a little bit in the morning and take a big dose before bed when I'm cycling on it.

I always take it with water, so absorption isnt' interfered with, but I'm guessing a Low-GI carb drink wouldn't hurt, and may even help.

How is L-arginine supplementation any benefit to bodybuilding, I mean the increase in vasodialation from NO, how does that help a bodybuilder?

It increases the muscle flow to your muscles and more blood to your muscles gives it a better chance for it to grow. Do a search on yahoo for it, you'll find a lot of reading material on it.

I don't see anything wrong with posting links. But, I guess every forum has its rule.

You can post links here. 10 grams is alot, but yea that's what I've read also. I bought the pill form, 500mg a pill, so that would be 20 pills wow lol.

Here's where I normally get it from: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/larg.html
Lasts over a month if you're doing the 10-12g/day dosage. Much much more cost effective than the pills, however, remember the powder tastes awful and shouldn't be mixed with your protein shake.

Most of the people who posted on here that they got no benefit were taking like 500mg a day or something to that effect.

Alright guys...
Here's the trick with arginine- mix it with lemon juice... a LOT of lemon juice. This is how I'm taking the big dose at night for the growth hormone release...
I made about 100 caps today for my daytime doses, which are more for the nitric oxide benefits.
Does anyone have any experience with Ornithine? It's a metabolite of Arginine (I think that's the right word, it's what arginine turns into in the body), it's more expensive but you need proportionally less, so the doses cost the same amount. Maybe it doesn't taste as bad... not to mention it might make more sense in cap form because you won't have to take so many.
The only problem is that if you want the growth hormone benefits then you have to take it last thing at night, and on an empty stomach.
