ok, so whats the deal with this stuff? Ive read its 10x more effective than creatine...weather its true or not, does anyone here use it? If so, do you recommend it over creatine? Also, I was told creatine can cause mild acne.... if anyone has experianced this please let me know, I had rough skin when I was younger and i'll be shot before i go back to that, any help about this stuff would be great, thanks guy

You can't recommend it over creatine because it is a creatine product. The only difference is that it isn't just pure creatine monohydrate powder, it provides you with a delivery system. The delivery system in question is pretty much just dextrose and some ALA on the side.
That being said, muscletech products are overpriced and overhyped. It is a good product, but for what's in it, you can make your own cell tech by buying dextrose and creapure creatine in bulk for much, much cheaper than what they offer it for.

I have never seen any correlation between acne and creatine. Creatine is not a hormone. I think what you have heard is related to the fact that a lot of uniformed people confuse creatine and prohormones.
Shao is exactly right in what he said. I only differ in opinion in that I recommend AtLarge's creatine monohydrate. We use the purest creatine on the market and it is very reasonably priced. Contrary to what else you might hear, if you take it with juice you will see all of the benefits creatine can give you.
