I've always tried to eat a lot of tuna for the nutritional value, but recently I've been eating a lot of it. Straight from the can. The count for today is 4 cans. What do you guys think?

hmm, thats like 4-5 cans a meal, maybe if you washed it down with something and didn't eat anything with it it might be possible. that is like 740 grams of protein.

1 can = 30-40 g protein

4 cans = 120-160 g protein

what are you smoking.

Awesome source of protein; I just hate opening the can. Makes your fingers stink.

Don't have a can next to me; but is there any fat in protein? I don't remember there being any.

1 regular can of tuna is 32.5 grams of protein. The double cans have 65 grams. The most I have ever ate is 4 cans of the regular. I hate tuna but I eat about 2 cans a day.
