Hi. so yea as stated, im havin real problems getting my 30g of protein per meal. what are some side dishes that will bump my protien?my whole life we never really had side dishes just the main meal. like tacos just by emself, meats by emself etc. so i dont really know what sides go good with what meals. any help plz? thank u marco

Hey wat the crap this is off topic but man i was just eating a hard boiled egg and i found a freakin worm in it! hope i dont get a freakin parasite.

that's disgusting regarding the worm.

how difficult is it to eat 6 ozs of meat, fish or poultry?

barring that there's always whey.

i base all my meals around a protein source. in fact, if i am not too hungry,my meal is just protein alone.

30g is nothing IMHO

What does your diet look like? I mean 1can of tuna has around 40 in it.
