It mentioned something about Jefferson squats. Does anyone know what these are?
Thanks

Jefferson squats (or jefferson lift):
Straddle a barbell. One hand goes in front of you, one behind, and you squat down and pick the bar up off the foor. Kinda like a hip belt squat, but you are holding the bar.

Probably no more so than a deadlift or hip belt squat.
Might be a fun variation.
All the curls you do, I don't see how you'd have time for them. :)
i used to do then when young.
I found them very awkard. though may be as i just looked at a pic in book and trying them when 13 or 14.
