hello everyone just thought i would say hi and that i'm currently working on a diet and a workout plan. My goal is to reach 180 by next year. i'm currently 5'11 and 155 pounds. ill post more as things develope.

I'm slowly working my way back into my workout. Did legs yesterday problay won't be able to walk tomarrow. Thats what i get for not working out for the last 2 months. But i'm truly enjoying it
