I was thinking about starting a refeed tonight and continuing on through the end of tomrrow, what is the best way to handle this? How many gr of carbs should I take in tonight? Is this even a good idea?

If you're glycogen depleted, starting a refeed at night and continuing it for 24 hrs shouldn't be a problem (UD2.0 is setup for doing this).
If you're not doing low carbs, or your workout volume isn't that high, then you'll probably want to restrict your refeeds to shorter time periods, and put them around your workouts.
So if you're in the 2nd category, a night refeed probably wouldn't be the best idea, as there'd be a fairly long delay between your workout (assuming you did one prior to starting your refeed) and the majority of the incoming carbs.
