Say, you are gaining weight and to stay lean, to keep stamina, to keep the blood flowing right and the lungs and heart in order, you do cardio at the gym
do you go "to failure" do you make yourself go so bad you have to scrape yourself off the treadmill after?
how long do you go for? 10 min? 15? 20? 25? 30? 35?
i use a treadmill and i adjust intensity by adjusting speed, not the angle. a high angle turns it into resistance training imo...
