What would be the best place to start , i think if i just eat clean and watch the fats i can lose alot and throw in some cardio, i usually go a little over board and overtrain so if anyone has a good start advice thanks
i'm 230 now prob 20% or more at the same time i want to put some mass on my legs should i do one before the other?
