Its around my mid section. Will it go back to the way it was before i gained weight, or will it sit there?

How long will it take to go back to normal?

I'm willing to bet its just stubborn fat, not skin.

I have the same problem and it's not fat because I can stretch it like 3 or four inches...

Depends on how much weight you lost. There are things you can do to help your skin snap back. Don't smoke, smoking will drastically inhibit the proccess. Drink lots of water, more than average. Regular excersise. And a healthy diet. Give it up to a year. Its a slow procccess.

There is also surgery. I lost over 150 lbs about 2 years ago, and my skin will not ever come back in without surgery.

I lost around 100 pounds and I think i'm in the same boat as you...:( I wonder how much the surgery cost?

also consider the elasticity of your skin is determined largely by the quality of the fats you take in

up your intake of flax

Anyone tried this cream called thiomucase?

I will probably give it a shot and apply some on my face and abs. Its only 8 bucks.

Well, you won't be turning any fat into muscle. That's not how it works. I applaud your goal of wanting to be 250 lbs @15% BF. However, be realistic about what it takes to get there.
