I did atkins and got down to 180 lbs (± 3 lbs). I moved on to a more liberal ketogenic diet and eventually to a CKD. I'd ballon up to 190 on the weekends and back down to 180 during the week - must have been water weight. Got sick and lost my discipline, ate really bad through the holidays now I am 200 lbs. I am now using a balaned diet 40/30/30 (P/C/F) at 2500-3000 (mostly clean eating) calories a day. Lifting days I eat 3000 cals. Most of my carbs are complex, trying to minimize simple sugars. I am back and lifting 4 X wk, cardio 2-3 X wk 20-30 min. Please critique. Less calories? More calories? Different macronutrient ratios? Thanks in advance.
