On the road..no time to eat!

I need some suggestions ,please!

I just switched jobs and I am on the road 8,9 hours a day therefore is tough to me to get more than one meal!

Could you give me some idea ?

a cooler with some ice packs....making your food on weekends and splitting it up for each day.

Then learn how to drive with your leg/knee (my dad showed me) and use your hands to eat. ;)
