Can anyone estimate the measurements of arms, chest etc on this pic.

I want to set my goal similar but maybe slightly bigger than this guy and just want measurements to specify exactly what my goal is.

Thanks

It's hard to tell from that picture, and those things are hard to guess in general.

If I had to, I would say 15.5-15.75" arms. 42" Chest. 31" waist.

I don't want to be HUGE! I want to be big something along the lines of ck models, this guys shape is as close as I've seen to what I want. MAybe my goal will change when I reach this. As galileo said not everyone wants to be huge, we all have different goals, do we not?

I would say at least 16" arms on that dude.

ROFL @ this thread. Arms are cut off, chest is hard to tell because the guy (doesn't) might have a crazy wide back and he (isn't) might be 8' tall making his waist around 44". lol

wannabetoned... rofl

BTW what is the proper way to measure ie. when measuring chest, at what point on the chest do you measure, and does one measure when themuscle is flexed?

my take is sort of like some of the others measurements aren't going to mean a whole as far as shape and symetry bodyfat goes the mirror is prob a better indication of what you are after in other words you can tell when you get there , my arms are prob. a lot bigger than dudes but he's in better shape .
