I dont know what it is, but you look more ripped in the old thread, i think you need to hit the weights just a tad harder

I'm beggning to think I actually have better genetics than someone, no offense- may be my perception but I get bigger than that in a month (changewise), rather 3- have you been going on and off? Maybe Il stop bsing and start lifting seriously this summer.

haha
i have been lifting very seriously for the past 3 months. I think there changes may not look good because of 1)lighting. and 2) angle. My front pic last time was taken looking up at my, which makes me look bigger. Also the brighter light negates any cuts that i have. Once I get a tan i think i'll look better.

btw, i have total 7 months lifting experience, if that makes me any better :(

I think your back, lats, delts show a LOT of improvement in size. Traps are looking bigger, too. To me, it doesn't look like your body fat has changed. Probably just an illusion because of the tan.

Good work!

What are your stats from then to now?

Still have freaky trap size for your build. I agree, back looks 100% better now. good work, especially since so many neglect it.

thanks guys, im 195-196 in the most recent pic. Only about 2-3 pounds heavier than the previous. Im not sure of my BF%. I was just trying to maintain the past 3 months. Now that I think about it, I really need to start eating more. I plan on bulking until march then cutting until summer. The only way ill have the body I want by then is if i put on some more mass now.

I think my best gains have come to my back, though the lighting doesnt really show the cuts as much as real life.

haha you asked for it. I really dont like the way the pics of these turned out, because I actually do have some nice definition on my quads, but the flash was too close. plus im really hairy. plus i have acne. Next time ill take them at a further distance, using the zoom. Calves suck too, but meh.

Arghhhh, too much hair!!! I personally think you look better now, then before.

thanks maki. hah! Too much hair, i know. I dont really plan on removing it from my legs though, so sorry about that. ;) I keep it someone trimmed on my torso. If I didnt, id pretty much be one big hair ball. even my last pics my hair wasnt completely grown out.

I stepped on the scale this morning, for the first time in a week or so and I weigh 193. Those pics are only a few days old, so I guess I weigh the same now as I did in my previous pics.

Legs don't look bad at all. but man, you have to at least trim the leg hair a little. It looks like its getting all tangled up...

lol, hey - your quads have a 'fro! :D

I guess my only serious comment might be that maybe your chest is lagging a little? I'm not sure from the pics though.
If it is, get some big dumbell flys working if the presses are giving you problems. Thats what I've needed to do in the past.

:withstupi on the quad fro and on the chest.

i see some more definition in the face since the last one, and less yellow ;)

hahahaha quad fro. it doesnt get tangled but it is really curly. several ex girlfriends have suggested that i trim my arm/leg hair but ummm... ive got a ton of it, and it just seems like it would be too much to keep up on. Plus I wear pants all the time, except for the gym, so it never bothers me. Ah well, i just have hairy genes.

thanks for the comments gal/mikey/teufel/homer. yes, my chest is my worst body part, but its been improving since ive started doing cable crossovers. ill probably add flys to my routine once it switches back to hypertrophy focused. Right now im working on some strength.

Ewwwwwwwwwww. :)

Back and delts look a lot better than before. One thing I noticed is that your right arm is a lot bigger than the left, especially in the first pic. Maybe focus more on the left?

JuniorMint6669

Thanks beast. Whoa i just noticed it in that pic too, you're right about my left. My whole left side looks smaller actually, im pretty sure most of its the camera angle. Maybe ill switch from BB curl to DB curl to help that balance out.

Next time you take a pic of your legs, dont use the zoom. Its hard to tell how big your legs are in a very close-cropped image. Seeing your muscles next to your joints is a very good way to judge muscular development(size-wise), so a picture of the entire leg is the best way to really see.

Anyways, that looks like some serious progress in three months, especially in the arms and chest. Keep pounding it.

Thanks budi. I was actually thinking the same thing, about not zooming. Of course my calves look big when they take up your entire monitor. Ill fix that when i take new pics in a week or so.
