Is this ok? I dont mean waking up hungry. I mean waking up starving where it almost hurts. I dont understand it. I eat a good amount before bed. (shake in milk or a peanut butter sandwich with milk). Should I eat more?

True dat. I have a shake ready when I wake up at 4am, but I always wake up at the same time to pee, I wouldnt suggest messing up your sleep schedule. Eat slower digesting foods before bed and more food overall.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal right before i goto bed and right when i wake up :]

so for muscle growth, eating before bed it crucial???? I eat well during the day too.

That always happens to me after a big meal the night before......which is usually the majority of the time. :burger:
