I love Chinese food.
It's not really a part of a bodybuilding diet though. Save it for cheat days.

from restaurant, bad.
if you make a stir fry at home, use brown rice, vegetables, lean meat (inc. shrimp), it can be good. big meal so i usually eat it after workout.

Depends. If you're a 110lb dude trying to put on a few pounds, I'd say it would be quite perfect for you to scarf. However most of those foods you get in a resuraunt have so many sugary syrups and hydrogenated oils and preservatives you'd be better off staying away from the majority of it.

bad from a restaurant since they ususally use a lot of oil and sugar to make those sauces. the steamed stuffi isn't bad , steamed fish, dumplings, or the soup noodles are fine.

If it is the food the Chinese eat every day then it is cool. If you are talking about the dishes sold in restaurants, which are, what is eaten during festivities then it is bad.
