Well as im new here, im ganna have some stupid questions, so please dont flame me, or any of that ****.

Im 16, and i weight 140lbs, 6'0. I was wondering what would be the best diet i should be on to gain more muscle and weight? I plan to be getting in the 180+ range cuz now i look thin as stick

eat, eat, and eat more. start trying for 6 meals a day of good quality food. lots of chicken, rice, tuna, lean red meat, potatoes, eggs, bread, and whatever good **** you can get your hands on. you also need to bust your ass in the gym.. it shouldnt take you long to get to 180.

I'm guessing that you have a very low bodyfat. I would check out some of the other diets people have posted around here. Just read through some of the threads.

Also; 180 pounds isn't going to be easy; at least it wouldn't be for me. It's not that hard to pack on the pounds; at least the ones you want to pack on. (i.e. muscle)

I agree with RUSH. Eat at least 6 meals a day.Try to get at least 180-200 grams protein a day,eat plenty of carbs and try to eat good fats.Train hard and allow enough time for recuperation and the weight will come.Post your diet on here and let others make suggestions.
