OK guys im working my ass of to put some muscule on cuz i lost too much cuz i dieted all wrong a while ago n e ways ive been bulking and putting on fat n hard earned muscle. Im lifting for football which starts in august...do u think itd be safe to cut b4 summer beach weather starts to look good for the beach? I i bulk til like may and then cut will i loose all my hard earned muscule n strength, and will i regret it come football camp? I mean im gaining alot of muscle now is it possible to put on alot of muscle and bulk and still manage to look good for summer and be at my peak streghts come aug??
