Looks like i am going to give this a shot and make my own journal. Lets see if i can get the hang of this..

Goals:
Weight: 215
BF:8-12%
Note : Need to improve legs and i want to be just plain big all around..

Overall okay workout, did well in squats but legs didnt feel as crushed as they usually did. Diet was alright, got good protein intake and took in some extra calories as well due to some mary jane me and a friend smoked after our workout and homework, I got arms today..should go well ill post up as soon as i get home tonite..LT

haha usually i dont but i think since i hit a state of depression my appettite went to sh*t, its gradually coming back and the reefer helps me put down more food than usual..LT

workout went real well..saw a guy who hated me and it just fueled me to go harder and get an amazing pump, he had good reason to hate me tho..i banged his little sister lol..well overall it was a great workout/day, i crashed out right after lifting and eating..gonna go eat again..LT

haha i may just change the topic line..and i dont know if buddha speeds up your metabolism but it sure does help me eat and chill after a workout..Although there have been studies that say it converts excess testosterone into estrogen, its okay tho i got enough to feed the needy..

LOL even the pastor at my church was like are you on steroids and my response was "no but thanks for asking" , which then we laughed and i explained to her my goals of bodybuilding..Todays legs, should be a strong day..LT

not so far.. although nips were rather sore this morning but only cause i was in the cold and in a wife beater.. Arm day today, should be nice since alot of girls hang around the schools gym..LT

thanks for the compliments, today was arm day so obviously my upper body was getting all the pumps and a coach told me during a curl workout to not forget about squats, i was like please man im no curl jockey..showed him my quads and he was like 'oh my bad haha'..felt good.

Ru..what i take, i have researched and weighed out the consequences..Yes i am on gear, yes i am too young to seriously get into it but i need to break 200lbs, then ill go natty for a while until i feel its time to invest in some RX aids..thanks for the concerns though

all leg goals were reached, all squats were deep, probably deeper than usual..i didnt put much weight on front squats tho, my balance with those can be shakey..ill add more weight next week, todays arms..

the past week has been hell, i got sick, family moved, someones broken into my truck, and ive missed 2 workouts, Legs and Arms. Today is chest but starting next week im going to start a 3 day split.. monday-legs, wednsday-push, friday-pull.. I need more strength overall and my body is dying for more rest so this schedule should work out(i hope)..LT
