When you eat an awful lot of protein in a short amount of time what happens? Does your body store it as fat since its excess, or could it possibly not be excess if your muscles have a lot of potential for hypertrophy, despite the fact that it's all coming in at close to the same time?
I have a lot of time to eat between 6 and 10, and between that time I have an awful lot of food, especially protiens and fats. I'm hoping it's not going to waste.
