View Full Version : Fruit and Veg Recommendations
I'm currently on a bulking diet and I haven't really incorporated many fruits or vegetables aside from a banana or two a day. Any suggestions on other good fruits/vegs I should include in the diet? Are citrus fruits good or no? Thanks.

Green Veggies are good - Broccoli, Spinach, Asparagus, etc.
Good Fruits are Strawberries, Apples, Raspberries and Blueberries.
Personally I hardly ever eat fruit, but 1 or 2 servings a day is fine.

Peas. Actually I think they're a legume but either way pretty high in protein and fibre.
