ok here goes,,,

bowl ready breck ... 2 rounds of toast and a shake

dinna ... 6 buns ... 3 of egg and 3 off tuna.... an orange and a rice yoghurt

tea ... beef pasta .... Pro shake


this is my day off food while im at work...

can you help my diet cause im not gaining weight at all.

i was going to change my routine cause im not gaining but i wont gain if im not eating right so come on help me please :help:

I'm in the starvation phase of UD2 right now, me REALLLLLLYY need more food!

Kirman: give us some numbers like total cals and macros. Only 3 meals a day?

Jasonl: its Thursday, not long til you're stuffing yourself in a carb eating orgy surely? :) I'm tearing apart some cinammon raisin bagels which have been sitting in the cabinet mocking me since Monday.

i just eat when im hungry and have done for the year i have been bulking.. .thing is i didnt bulk i lost fat and as a result i look better :D But now i want to add mass.. Im 5"11 and 160 pounds.

I want to sort my diet out i dont know what to eat and when to eat it. I dont want to mess about calorie counting for through out my training... I just want to eat more of the buling foods...

i eat tuna, eggs, turkey, chicken, pasta, beef, fruit, veg, yoghurts, rice, and others and also i have ma protien shakes... i just need to sort them out so my diet during the day looks better and helps me build muscle .... please help me ...
