???grape juice???

Thanks for the replies on the banana question guys, but what exactly is grape juice? is it grapefruit juice? I know grapes are different to grapefruit and I`ve never heard of grape juice before. Where can I get some here in sunny England? If I bought dextrose would you recommend taking the full 70g per serving as it does on cell tech? Is this much really necessary? grape juice is juice from grapes you cn buy it tesco etc any major supermarket. they usaully do both green and red grapes.
i do not think 70 grams of dextrose is neccessary.

Anyways, yeah I used to buy it from Tesco's or pretty any medium to large supermarket...

To tell the truth it is so sweet it used to meake me nearly be sick so I stopped taking it... I used grapefruit juice sometimes and just ate a few bananas...
