Would it be a good decision to cut with low amounts of protein? I'm not looking for the exception, just is it generally better to have a decent amount of protein or not (how much?)? Thanks.

meh, either way. I'd rather eat a little too much protein than not enough.

i keep it at around 1.2-1.0 g /lb of bodyweight.. since carbs act as protein spearers and we eat 1g/lb bulking.. then cutting, weith less carbs.. we need more protein.

ditto, when I go from bulk to cut, I just lower my protein from 1.5g per lb of bw down to 1-1.2g and I leave my fat intake about the same at about .5g per lb of bw
if you drop your fat intake to low for I've read that test production slows drastically and I've experienced this (before I learned about it!)
