there are herds of free/shareware image editors on download.com and the like

just get a better image editor and you're all set...

personally, I like the old MS Image Composer for basic image manipulation but almost anything BESIDES MS Paint will do the job for you.

my chest has grown and had the best stregnth gains with them, but also they hold alot of fat (if thats possible). i was like 210 (and high BF%) and it seems like from the side they are a little fat.

i never "juiced". but does it look like i have gyno or whatever the kids are calling it these days?
