Frank, how many calories do you take in daily and how much do you weigh/at what heights?

I take .5g per lb of body weight
I weight 185ish
and aim to consume roughly 85-100g per day

all cardio does is burn calories...if your on a bulk why would you want to burn calories? just means you have to eat that much more.
Cardio does have the added bonus of mobilizing fat or something to that degree, but you can achieve the same effect by just working out your muscles doing weight training.
pass on the cardio and make sure your diet is clean, if your gaining to much fat try dropping your calories down a bit to around 3400 and see if your weight gain slows.
IMHO .5 lbs per week and you shouldn't see much fat gains

Because when you're bulking, you need cardio because if you gain too much weight-muscle or fat- it has an impact on your heart. I'd say do cardio as cardiovascular support...and eat more.
