Hey Fellas, im a 17 yr old junior in high school whos gettin ready to get outta school early this year. I been lifting since my freshmen yr n i currently weigh around 145 lbs because im cutting for wrestlings. Im hoping to bulk to 175 b4 i go to basic in august. BTW im 5 ft 8. Plz give me any criticism you could. I really want to get as big as possible and am plannign on bulkin in bout a month when the season is over. Thanks guys

thanks yall but im honesly tryin to go in the opposite direction regarding the bf, i dont mind gaining some fat as long as i can get more noticeable mass.

Looking good for 145. Nice lean base to begin with. That's the best place to start. You'll have to put in overtime eating, but it will be worth it.

[/B]ya im definetly real excited bout gaining mass. Right now im kinda restricted cuz of wrestling but im hopin to put on a clean 30 lbs. Im going toget into eating 5 meals a day along with one protein shake. Mt workouts are 3 days on 3 off. Probably some cardio on the day off just so i dont get to be a fatass. LOL.

I think he looks decent. I meant that as a compliment. His low bodyfat makes him look more muscular than he really is.

Nevertheless, he's off to a great start.

Definitely, every intake is basically a meal. A shake is calories, and there's no reason why it shouldn't be considered as meal just because it's not solid.

my overall goal is to be able to squat 600 bench 400 and dead around 500. Hopefully at about 175 with 10 or so percent bf.

ok well ive been lifting for bout 1 1/2 now since wrestlings ended. Im up to 160 lbs which is bout 15 added lbs. Tho alot of this is probably becasue im eating regularly. My split is shoulders--chest--arms--legs--back--abs/cardio--rest. I was wondering what is a good duration for a bulking cycle. How long should it last. Or should i just go until i feel like i have the muscle mass i want? thanks

looking good man, just bulk until u feel comfortable with your weight and results.. , eat your heart out.. trust me.. gains are all food,

Looks like you put the weight on well. You're still lean, so I think you should keep packing the weight on. You're well on your way.

i try to eat every 2 hours. Also two protein shakes a day. Im not real picky but i try to eat mostly clean foods. Im too lazy to have a reallll strict diet
