my last meal consists of;

steamed basa fillet (300 cals, 12g fat, 50g pro, 0g carbs)
1 cup vegetables(approx. 90 calories, 0g fat, 3g pro, 18g carb)
1/2 cup brown rice (108 cals, 1g fat, 2.5g pro, 23g carbs)
578 cals, 22.2g fat, 55.5g pro, 41g carbs

i eat this anywhere from 11:00pm to sometimes 1...1:30 right before bedtime...

can this be causing some "bad weight gain"? u guys recommend dropping the carbs from the rice..

suggestions... maybe replacing the fish with eggs? or chicken

I generally like to have a great big steak before it's off to the gallows for me.

Other than that I like to have a grilled chicken burger with a coupla glasses of milk.

some kind of meat with brown rice.

I end the day with cottage cheese and decaf green tea.

Scoop of Casien with Olive Oil mixed in milk, sometimes a little glutamine mixed in as well

its 4.43am on a sunday morning, im cooking breakfast at the moment.
75gms of pasta. 75gms og green beans and 200gms of tuna fish. 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper. thats a good breakfast.

Last meal b4 I turn in is @ 9: about 6/8 oz chicken breast an 'bout 2cups leafy greens an a tablespoon of Olive Oil...yum.

1 yogurt
1 slice of cheese
MMmmmmm... then I usually pass out.

2 scoops micellar casein, chocolate flavour, 2 teaspoons flax oil

I'm cutting and right now it usually looks like this...

1 cup lowfat cottage cheese - 160cals
1 tablespoon natty PB - 100 cals
.25 cup oats in water - 75cals
glass of water

I often workout at night.

When I do a high intensity cardio session, my typical final meal is:
2.4oz Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with skim milk, 1 ear corn, 10 oz.peas, 1-2oz poultry, and small serving fruit

When I do a moderate intensity cardio session, my typical final meal is:
2oz Grape Nuts cereal with skim milk, 10oz. succotash, 1-2oz, poultry, and small serving fruit

When I do a low intensity cardio session, my typical final meal is:
2oz Organic Oats cereal with skim milk, 1 ear corn, 10 oz. brussel sprouts, 1-2oz. poultry, and small serving fruit

When I do a weightlifting session, my typical final meal is:
3.2oz Shredded Wheat cereal with skim milk and cutup banana, 10oz brussel sprouts, and 2-3oz fish

Green tea and some Ginger followed 5-10m laterwith a MRP(40's-100's down the board. 40g protein)& 2fish oil caps. :) usually at this time its that or tuna on WW. Since its monday, I chose the MRP :)

Well, my last real meal was:

150g can of tuna
100g cottage cheese
110g green beans

For breakfast today I had:

4 slices of wholemeal toast
3 large eggs

That was before my workout, which I do at 7:30am so I need energy.
