I started bulking at 160 at about 9% bf. The goal was 180 with 15% bf. I checked the bf last night at it read 14.2% at 173 lbs.
The dilema I have is to get those extra 8 pounds and not surpassing the 15% mark. I want this completed buyt the end of january, and no later. I'm going down to GNC to pick up some meal replacements tommorow?
DO you guys have any suggestions on a good one??
Here is a sample of my die:
2 chicken patties 600cal/30g pro
cup of noodles 300cal/2g pro
can of beans 300cal/25g
oats/bananna 400cal/10g
chicken sub 400cal/25g
cereal 400cal/10g
2cups of milk 300cal/15g
yogurt 500cal/15g
protein shake 400cal/80g
About 3600 to 3900 cal a day. I know everyone is going to say cut cals but I'm naturaly skinny and a very hard gainer.
I also started hypertrophy last week, and will be on it for about two months.
