My name is Mario, I am 37 years old, I have been working out since a year. Have been reading this forum since I start my work out and I got a lot of good trucks from you guys. I did not know anything about bodybuilding and diet. Thank a lot. Here are pictures of me before and after. Before was taken a year and half ago and after from yesterday.

Wow. Awesome progress there. You don't even look like the same guy! You must have dropped like 6 pant sizes, lol. What are your before/after stats?

Every time I was too lazy to go to the gym, I just had to look at my before pics and that was enough to give me a boost.

Mario, Congratulations upon your transformation....great job!
Just curious, and if you don't mind the asking, what was your diet for the year in which this transformation occurred. Perhaps, you have already mentioned this and I just didn't see it.

Good luck as you continue your endeavors in personal achievement.

Kenneth

Low Carb for a couple months to loose much as I can and Cyclical Ketogenic Diet for the rest ( http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=45 )

I am not following the CKD to the letter; I use it as a guide. Basically I eat high protein / Low carb during the week and low protein / high carb (only good carb like rice, potatoes) in the weekend (fuel up). And I may cheat once a week, I read that cheating once a week is good to chock your system, because your body get use to a diet and slow down the process of burning fat.
