what is the current thinking on the eating 8x a day thing?

currently i am eating 4x per day + a 50g prot 50g glucose shake after training

will this honestly cause problems or is this 8x a day thing just a way of stopping bingeing?

on a bulk at the mo so just eating everything

breakfast today was 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices toast, tin tuna in oil and tin of pinapple, and bowl of porridge........mmmmmmmmmmmmm

comments from the informed please

currently 190lbs 15% ish and going for 200lbs @ 10%..eventually

meal frequency isn't a huge deal with me. As long as I get in my cals for the day, I'm fine.

i prefer 8 meals, but you won't be hinndered in your progress much if at all.

thats what i was thinking, as long as you hit the calories and macro ratios it should be cool..........ok suits me

Yeah, within reason it should be fine.

I'm not a fan of the "Warrior" diets and others that have you eating once per day, but four or five meals a day is fine.
