Rich was relatively well known on the bb scene in the 80's. This pic of him shows just how vascualar he was

Rich was an excellent competitor. He ushered in a new era of what was considered ripped. Unfortunately he was in his heyday at the same time as Lee Haney and he could never defeat Haney.

Rich had an awesome lower body. Great upper legs and incredible calves.

Yikes d00d.

I'm a mesomorph with thick skin, so I'll never have much vascularity. That's some serious dedication to look like that.

I have a friend whom gets that vascular when he competes. When it comes down to that, it's mainly drugs and some genetics.

Yeah people in my gym admit getting hugely shredded is mostly in the drugs

Lol dude chill man... i was saying that it looks ugly with his veins like that and then when he will be older and those insane muscles will start to hang from his skin that will look even more ugly, especialy how ripped he is...

LOL, and you lift? Muscles atrophy bro, they dont sag or turn into fat. Get less info from your mom and more from a physiology book.

If anyone has pics of his legs could you post them, he has an incredible look.

Well iv seen pro body builders who were 60,70,80 ect... it wasn't prety, that's only because they went behond what nature is suppost to allow... with steroids and stuff like that... but it's a personal choice that's fine, it won't be mine though.

MrWebb78

if anything the steroids would shorten a lifespan, not prolong it.

That's not muscle, that's skin. Skin sags due to the reduction in elastin. If you don't want your skin to sag, jump off a bridge before you turn 50.

whatever he took props to him, that was impressive, I seen Gaspari in person when his career was winding down, was short and thick although not as cut as he is in that pic. He was def in his prime in that pic........congrats to him and all he was able to accomplish!

It has nothing to do with natural muscle or not. Your skin sags period with age. The only difference you're playing with is the amount of skin you have.

No believe me, i have plenty to live for and im not shallow superficial ect, so im not gonna kill my self just because of mental problems like some of you guys have, im leaving this board, it's filled with idiots, not only this thread but all of it together, iv never seen a colective bunch with such delusional mental diseases.
it's quite pathetic, maybe some day you guys will learn that skin is just skin and that it don't ****ing matter if you fit good in shirt or not and that if you do squats just to have a big ass then you're simply transfering your brain into your ass.

Skin is just skin, but you'll be damned if you have saggy skin? I guess it shouldn't matter though, right? Fitting good in a shirt or saggy skin, it's all the same, isn't it?

I wish you luck in your goals to be tight like a tiger and I hope your ass remains proportional to your brain.

that's because my ass is already big in nature and so is my brain so i guess they will indeed stay proportional.

how do you get so veiny? does it all come down to bodyfat levels and muscle mass?
does NOX2 (gives you a pump) make you more veiny? because i will start taking it this Monday.
