I just tried one today and it taste AMAZING. All You need is
1.Egg whites (8-10)
2.Canned tuna (1 can)
3. Skim milk (teaspoon)
4. Non-fat non stick coating
5. Fat free kraft singles cheddar cheese (2 slices)
What I do Is Beat the eggwhites and milk together. Spray the pan with non stick coating. The just add the tuna (drained of course) and cheese to one side of the omlette then flip it.Very simple and quick to make.
It taste amazing!I would think it's good for a cutting diet which I am currently on. I'm guessing it's probably has over 50 grams of protein with very little to no fat.
