Your delts got way bigger and your arm seemed to lean out and get a little bigger. Plus, it looks like you learned how to flext better. Good job, patty.

Thanks guys. The funny thing is, the "Before" pic was taken AFTER my first bulk after I gained 30lbs.

on a serious note: did andre get banned, or did he just dissapear on his own free will?

There's a front relaxed pic in my journal, but no arm pics.

Well keep in mind that it took a year. Here's basically what I did:

When cutting, I do a chest/tri, back/bi split. That way I'm only working arms once a week. That's all you need on a cut.

When bulking, I do chest, back, and arms all on different days. That means basically working bi/tri twice a week. Once indirectly from the chest/back work, and once directly on arm day.

A typical arm day for me would look something like this:

3-4 sets DB extensions
3-4 sets skullcrushers

3 sets preacher curls
2 sets hammer curls
2 sets standing bb curls or DB concentration curls

Of course you may get the same or better results from cutting out direct arm work totally. That's what works for me though.

And don't neglect legs.

pretty good, and i defenitely understand how long it took. im working my arms twice as well now, ithink i need more work then the average person because i have tried doing only a few intense sets and progress on my arms stop alltogether
(by the way, legs havetheir own day)

Plus, it looks like you learned how to flext better.

It's all that flexing in the mirror when he thinks nobody is looking.
