Mmmkay... I'm pretty tired right now and have only consumed 4 of my 6 meals throughout the day so far. And only about 1250 of my 1900 calories. My question is would it be more beneficial (from a cutting point of view) to eat my remaining calories before I go to bed, or just hit the sack under calorie? I'm not really hungry and am leaning towards under calorie. If I were to eat the rest of the calories I would likely eat them in an hour or so since I just ate my last meal 20 minutes ago and probably go to bed an hour or so after that.

Eat your calories. If you go to sleep after 1200 cals you'll be starving yourself, and starving your poor muscles.

Eh... but you also burn a lot less calories when you're sleeping as oppose to when you're awake.

Make a shake with skim milk (1 or 2 cups), 1 egg, 1 scoop whey protien or 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 packet artifical sweetner, and maybe 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Right before bed. I do that sometimes when I don't get enough cals.

I could easily consume 3000 calories at this very moment if I needed them. That's not the question however.

My point is consume the calories, but if you aren't hungry, the shake is an easy way to fill them.

Even at rest your body still need calories. If you don't give it enough, you could lose some of your muscle. Obviously this won't happen in this one instance but do it enough and it will happen. Again, eat the cals and do your body and muscles a favor.
