I'm currently weighting in at about 250 and need to lose some weight. I work out 5 days a week.
I want to lose weight but still keep my protien high.
Any help?

Get into a caloric deficit.

Drop your cals slowly until you start losing weight.

yeah
don't write a diet...
just track it...
you should be able to figure it out for yourself...
when you've eaten enough for the day just stop eating...its pretty simple...
get food high in proteins....
on workout days aim for around 2700 calories or so and on no workout days gun for about 2400.
if you dont lose 2 lbs a month then drop the calories by 200....
