Meat and fat.
ratio shoudl be about 70% fat, 30% protein. Keep carbs under 20g a day at first.
If the ketostix say you are in ketosis, you are in. Doesn't matter how far in you get.

all i was asking is a simple question. alot of people i spoke to say don't eat this and that on ckd. like cheese for instance. most cheese has got no carbs and is mostly fat with some protein. i was just after a little input on the food people eat. are is high fibre low carb food like peanuts ok. that sort of thing.

Cheese is fine, as long as you don't go overboard on the carbs.
so are peanuts.
don't eat too much protein.
