Help!

Recently since i have upped my food intake for a bulk cycle, i have been waking up at like 4, 5 am with crazy hunger pains. I eat before i go to bed and have tried a variety of foods, high protien meals, high carb meals, meals with a good dose of fats, mixes of protein and fats etc, nothing seems to work.

Does this happen to ne1 else? What have you done to remedy this? Any suggestions?

I cant get up and make something because then i cant get back to sleep and i need al the sleep i can get.

Foods high in fiber will help to ease that hunger pain. You could always just have a quick snack of cottage cheese when you wake up.

Just have something nearby to eat when that happens. If you can eat something and go back to sleep, that would be good.

Maybe make a shake and put it on your night stand.

Have breakfast and go on with your day.
