Hey all i've been incorprating sardines in my daily diet. Since fish contains good fats and high in protein. The sardines i get come in different flavors. I usually get the tomato flavor one, but yesterday i decided to try the tabasco peppers. While i was eating it, i was reading the stats which was completely different from the tomato flavor one, the tabasco flavor one has 10 gram more fat than the tomato flavor one. It contained over 17 rams of fat. So my question is, is 17Grams of fat way too much?
Here are the stats.
Energy 255cal
protein 23g
Fat 17G
Polyunsaturates 8.6G
Omega-6 poly 3.8G
Omega-3 poly 1.5g
Monounsaturates 6.1g
Saturates 3.0G
Thanks
