When I read that I should keep a low carb diet that sounds pretty useless to me. Its just as useless as saying I should keep a high protein count. Now if they say I should take in 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, that is a totally different story, now that is useful information. Anyway I have been doing google searches and just can't find one website that gives a solid number of recomended carb grams daily to take in. thanks in advance to somebody who may know this number.
