my trainning partner (20 years old, he started a month ago trainnig, his goal is to add some muscle mass) bought this product recently and I would like to know if it's recognized as a high quality supplement? and what about the popularity of it ?

Ive never heard of it, so my GUESS is that its not KNOWN as a high quality supplement. But just because its not known as a high quality supp doesnt mean its not one.
By the way what is it ? :p

Frankster,
It sounds like a new product...but are we to assume that since YOU don't recognize it that it isn't a quality supp.? That sounds like what you're saying.

Spidey- No of course, not, read what i said again, i said that MY guess would be that its not, because i havent heard about it. I in no position to say if its a quality supp or not because i dont even know what it is :p. Sorry if it sounded like that, i didnt mean to sound like a know it all.

If I'm right I beleive it's colustrem or something to that effect,it's mother milk or the something close to it.

mac sloan is right, its colustrem (mothers milk) protein. Its pretty expensive, too, if you're going to spend that much money on it go get Pro Blend 55, it has 55g of protein from 5 different sources and I think its even cheaper then the cytosport muscle milk.

colustrum is worthless to bodybuilders.

this crap has been out for a while...i don't think waiting any longer will prove anything.
