cutting diet: (i entered everything in fitday)
Workout Days:
2179cal 76fat 160carb 240prot
33%fat
22%carb
46%prot
Non Workout Days:
2017cal 71fat 130carb 239prot
33%fat
18%carb
49%prot
Both days have 44g of fiber.
All fats come from peanut butter, flax seed oil and fat from the chicken. The difference between workout and non workout days is that my 5 pm meal (my post workout) on workout days is OJ w/designer whey and on non workout days is 1 can salmon and 1/2 cup brown rice. Anyways, I've been following this diet for 3 days now, I think I'll be ok. Does it look good?
