i got really sick of eating peanuts as a good source of monounsaturated fat, so i grabbed a bag of pistacios and was pleased to discover they have many of the same benefits of peanuts, maybe more.

I eat plain almonds daily. Although, they aren't really all that cheap either, even when I grab a big bag from bulkfood store.

nuts are a great source of fat. an interesting side note: peanuts are not nuts but are in fact legumes (beans). interesting eh?

Hmm...that would be a good idea if I lived near there. I'll have to see if I have any friends there. It's not that bad, I only eat them at work when I go read on break or something. Not sure what I pay at the bulk barn, but I know that it ain't cheap. Thanks for the tip.
