View Full Version : WATER & FRUIT QUEST.
How much water should a person drink a day? Is 2 liters (64 oz) good?
Is there a such thing as eating too much fruit?

Water intake necessary is variable depending upon your activities and goals.
64 fl oz of water is probably the bare minimum. A lot of people shoot for a gallon.
Fruit contains a lot of simple carbohydrates in the form of fructose. While fruit is a valuable source of fiber and phytonutrients, there is a point where too much sugar would be detrimental to your diet. How much will depend again upon your needs and goals.

yeah. i'd guess about 5 pieces of fruit is a number, just very rough estimate on most fruits have 5g fructose (including sucrose) and 50g of fructose/day is sort of a limit.
