Well here are some recent pics. I'd get some of the wheels, but it's a pain in the ass to do with this webcam. I need to just get a real digital camera one of these days I guess. Anyway... I took the summer off at the gym. I just worked crazy hours, didn't eat enough... and just generally abused myself. I've been back at it since October-ish. I'm just startin to feel like the old me again though.

Looks like you've gained some excellent size and maintained the lean look that you've always had.
Are you still squatting in the 400's?
02-04-2004, 05:47 AM
Maybe if I abuse myself I could look that good ;)
the most impressive pictures Ive seen in a while

Awesome, Tadg. You look a lot bigger in those pics than the one in your avatar. Nice work.
How do you keep so lean?
02-04-2004, 09:53 AM
Your chest, shoulders, and legs look awesome. Your back could use some thickening. Your overall condition is excellent, very tight looking.
02-04-2004, 10:12 AM
Damn, Tadger. You're my new hero. The upper body is outstanding.
02-04-2004, 10:14 AM
Looking superb Tadger, it doesn't look like you've been away at all, abs are looking razor sharp :)
By the way, you seem to have misplaced a pair of socks down your draws, we really didnt need to see that did we?!? :D

Yeah, I'm training more for a powerlifting meet that's comin up this spring... so I haven't been paying all that much attention to proportions. My hammies need to come up a bit, like Chris said, back needs a bit of work... and my pecs just don't grow. Bastards! I need to hit those pretty hard here in the coming months.
My hams have been really tight lately, need to do alot more stretching. My deadlift is suffering just a bit. I'm still pulling in the lower 400s, and my squat is about the same. I have some time though... couple months. Those will both come up. Hopefully I'll be somewheres around the upper 400 to lower 500s. we'll see. My bench sucks... don't even want to mention that. lol.

I would say his legs are pretty impressive too.

Awesome wheels. Upper front also looks great, but I agree the back could be thicker. Either way, good job! And good luck with the meet!

Heh heh. Thanks for the compliments boys. I have been pretty much natural since about a year ago. I am actually about 2 weeks into a light test/eq cycle right now. Runnin both at 400mg/wk. It's just startin to kick in pretty good now... appetite is up and runnin. Just gettin to the point where I'm feelin solid enough to really hit the gear again. Hopefully I'll end this somewheres around 200lbs.

02-05-2004, 06:34 AM
That's one impressive physique! Great work!
I think I need to go to the gym now.
02-05-2004, 07:00 AM
What do your legs measure in that pic?
02-06-2004, 09:29 PM
I don't know what I weigh at the moment actually. 170-175ish. My legs are only 24". I think I can probably get a bit more size out of em real quick just by bringin my hammies up a bit more. They're in need of work. It's gettin difficult to find pants again... I've only got a 30" waist. heh.
02-06-2004, 11:42 PM
You're way, way, way whiter than I am.
Your arms are looking really good despite your apparent injury. You're also too lean. You need to get fat. Just to see what its like.
02-07-2004, 01:22 AM
I don't know what I weigh at the moment actually. 170-175ish.
How tall are you man? Your delts are amazing. You better post some more pics when you hit 200!
02-07-2004, 06:51 AM
I hear you about finding pants!! I tell ya though, your legs sure as hell look bigger than 24" ... I would have guessed 27-28. Your sweep is amazing. You're going to be a monster when you hit 200!
02-07-2004, 07:20 PM
I'm only about 5'7... not too tall. It's easier to look thick when you're a short bastard like me. heh. New PR in the gym yesterday squatting, four sets at 405x4 nice n deep. I hit 435x2 right after that, and was very deep with those. I struggled a bit, but considering that I did heavy deads just 4 days before that... not too bad. I am gonna shoot for 450x2 in a couple weeks.
On the down side, I was helpin some people move their office furniture and whatnot into a new office today. My right bicep, is killin me now. Budiak alluded to it... but I had a minor tear in my right bicep again a few weeks ago. It was doin really well, I took it easy... but we'll see. It's not too happy with me at the moment. Since I got my leg and lower back work in for the week, I guess I should crawl back under a bar and hit the chest a bit more. Ugh... so much work. Is it weird that when I'm feeling lazy I'd rather squat than bench?
07-09-2004, 10:54 AM
Hey I'm a little lad too, only 5' 7". Your delts and tris look pretty thick and can't wait to get legs like that...
Keep it up
07-09-2004, 01:40 PM
yes sir you are looking amazing. keep up the work, and i hope your injuries fully heal for ya! good luck in the coming months.
07-10-2004, 05:24 PM
That sweep is ridiculous. Great work.
