This is my diet for days I workout. I'm sure I need more fat and more calories. I'm not sure what I should add though. I don't think I need anymore protein or carbs.

**Updated** I added 1/4 Cup of Peanuts to the die at 10 am and post workout snack. I think I have enough calories and fat now.

The DVs are listed below the food as Calories/Fat/Carbohydrates/Protein

Breakfast:

Dinner:

5 oz. Mixed Vegetables (corn, lima beans, peas, green beans, carrots)

Total DVs: 2051 Cal, 60 g Fat, 195 g Carb, 193 g Protein

1) your cals are too low. shoot for like 2000-2100

2) swap the white rice for brown rice or oats or barley

3) lose the orange juice pre-workout. replace it with dextrose or something.

4) I hope that's whole wheat toast for breakfast....

5) add some nuts or PB or fish oil or flax. your fat intake is a little low. That should solve #1.
