Hello, I'm in the process of cleaning up my diet.
Does anybody here know if cabbage is a carb like bannanas, or is it just a leafy green veggie like romaine lettuce?

It's a Leafy green veggie. It DOES have carbs, but not like a banana.

The red pigment in red cabbage is one of the components that provide anti oxidants for you. Cabbage is very low in carbohydrates.
